GREAT LAKES SPORT POWER RACK
The Great Lakes Sport Power Rack has everything you need to complete your workouts! A compact well built steel frame with regular (1″) plate storage built in (additional lat tower can be added). Fully engage while squatting, lifting, pressing, and pulling. The integrated chin/pull up bar gives you more variety with body weight exercises and stretches. This Sport Power Rack design holds 16 different heights to adjust to and from with ease. The Rack is sold separate from the Great Lakes Sport Lat Tower Option; but is recommended as a great add-on piece.
